Orders are quality-checked and dispatched from Manila within 1–2 business days. Estimates begin after dispatch and may extend during holidays or severe weather.
Returns and size exchanges
Contact us within seven days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with original packaging and tags. For hygiene and final-sale reasons, some discounted products may not qualify.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send photos of the parcel and item within 48 hours of delivery. If we made a mistake, we will cover the return and replacement delivery costs.
