Approved refunds apply to cancelled orders, unavailable items, verified defects and incorrect products. Change-of-mind requests may qualify for exchange or store credit when the item remains unused.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
How to request help
Contact us with your order number, reason and clear photos where relevant. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.
